John White Hallowell (December 24, – January 5, ) was a prominent American businessman and football player.
He played college football at Harvard University and was a consensus All-American at the end position in both and Hallowell served in the U.S. Food Administration, and was chairman of the New England Committee for Supplementary Rations for Belgian Children during World War I.
After the War, Hallowell served as assistant to the Secretary of the Interior, Franklin K. Lane.
